ORNATO™ Plywood is made from selected core veneer and smooth face veneer bonded with Melamine Urea Formaldehyde synthetic adhesive conforming to the IS 848-2006 for MR grade; hot pressed with accurate temperature & pressure to use under severest tropical climatic conditions.

Glue line treatment is carried out by adding suitable chemicals which are toxic to wood destroying agencies like borer, fungus & termite.

The treatment of plywood is done by dipping in a hot solution of preservative chemicals.

ORNATO™ Block Boards are made up of 100% imported Pinewood of high resistance & quality, combined with anti-borer & anti-termite to offer the efficient and needed protection for long-lasting Block Boards.

All the wooden components of the Block Board are seasoned under accurate temperature to obtain the required moisture content percentage according to the IS: 1141 in our modern seasoning plant & then planed with perfect precision to get the uniform thickness of battens. 

Block Boards are bonded with Phenol Formaldehyde synthetic adhesive (for BWP grade) & Melamine Urea Formaldehyde synthetic adhesive (for MR grade) conforming to the IS:848-2006 & hot-pressed under controlled temperature & high pressure to get bonding.

Flush Doors are framed with seasoned battens; both the stiles are made with one finger joint, pressed at high pressure & controlled temperature, and bonded with BWP grade Phenol Formaldehyde synthetic adhesive conforming to the IS 848-2006.
